We’re hiring a high-agency strategic ops & product generalist to work closely with the founding team. You would be responsible for helping with Fulcrum Research’s strategic direction, product management, communicating with customers, writing, & general operations support. Key responsibilities: - Partner with founders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that drive company growth and impact - Work with technical teams to define product requirements and manage the development roadmap - Lead product launches and coordinate go-to-market efforts - Craft compelling written content including product documentation, blog posts, and customer-facing materials - Support internal and external communications efforts - Develop operational processes and frameworks that scale with the organization We value candidates with varied experiences and perspectives.
