Your Responsibilities: We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to support two residential properties in Framingham, MA. You will join a team of maintenance professionals whose responsibilities include: Performing in-unit repairs, preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new resident occupancy. Completing work orders, including light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work, appliance repair, and general building maintenance. Providing access to and supervising contractors as needed. Performing groundskeeping, snow removal, and maintenance of exterior and common areas. Handling special projects and performing custodial duties as needed.  Keeping the Yardi work order system updated and communicating with the Property Manager, Maintenance Superintendent, and other staff about ongoing projects and work that needs to be done.  The work hours are 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties shared on rotation.
