We believe big ideas are nothing without big results (and flawless execution); high-performing agencies deliver high-performing campaigns, products, and experiences; and the best solutions happen when we collaborate with clients as partners.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="none">This is an existing vacancy, not a made-up role — this one’s already got a desk waiting.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong>Who we’re looking for</strong></p> <p>We are looking for someone who will play the key hybrid hands-on role of managing website content from the project intake to CMS execution of Brand, Product, and technical integration; with the aim to improve and maintain the website content lifecycle according to our clients’ business goals and brand requirements. You will act as a primary client contact, managing and coordinating agency resources to ensure all day-to-day client needs are met and all assigned projects are completed smoothly. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and collaboration skills, takes initiative, enjoys finding solutions, and takes extreme pride in their work.</p> <p>You will collaborate with a team that includes, but is not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Digital Project Manager</li> <li>Vehicle Product Specialist</li> <li>Content Author(s)</li> <li>Technical Writer</li> <li>Content Designers</li> </ul> <p>The Senior Content Author is the individual who intakes and executes each task big or small to ensure that our client’s website content is published & recorded on-site, on-time, and in accordance with brand guidelines, BIMM quality standards and legal requirements.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work with the project team to connect the dots across a broad ecosystem of services, processes and systems to ensure that all requirements are covered</li> <li>Work closely with the internal and external teams to fulfill daily client requests, ensuring all assigned projects and tasks are executed to plan and in a timely manner</li> <li>Create and maintain content in multiple Content Management Systems (CMS) for our clients’ websites.</li> <li>Crop / compress / transfer visual assets to Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms for use on client websites & storage in marketing archives</li> <li>Maintain project-specific documentation, including but not limited to: briefs, work-back schedules, and scopes for each project</li> <li>Produce communication materials (contact and status reports, etc.)</li> <li>Handle all meeting details, e.g., scheduling, arranging rooms, taking minutes</li> <li>Monitor time spent on projects for proper management of resource capacity</li> <li>Manage team capacity towards key milestones and deadlines</li> <li>Coordinate with delivery teams to estimate work effort</li> <li>Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients and partners</li> <li>Oversee the accuracy and quality of the agency product</li> <li>Seek improved, streamlined processes to better manage deliverables</li> <li>Possess a top line understanding of the client’s business and competitive environment</li> <li>Keep all teams updated on the status of deliverables</li> <li>Assemble and collate presentations and plans</li> <li>Practice Quality Assurance for the work of yourself and your peers</li> <li>Deploy/activate website content on a consistent schedule</li> <li>Liaise with content writers & product specialists to ensure accuracy & brand consistency</li> <li>Ensure legal compliance requirements are maintained based on established guidelines (e.g. copyright, accessibility, data protection, and legal disclaimers)</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and generate new ideas to draw user’s attention</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of project management experience—preferably within a digital agency</li> <li>Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal</li> <li>Superior organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail</li> <li>The ability to be flexible and highly adaptive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment</li> <li>Ability to problem-solve in both solo and collaborative situations</li> <li>Project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities</li> <li>Strong client service orientation</li> <li>High quality assurance standards</li> <li>Proactivity – the ability to anticipate and manage risk</li> <li>A calm and patient demeanor under pressure</li> <li>Assist with building a positive agency culture</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous work experience as a Content Writer/Author</li> <li>Experience with Content Management Systems such as Adobe Experience Manager</li> <li>Experience with task/project management software (ie: JIRA, Teamwork, Trello, Asana)</li> <li>Scrum and Agile knowledge</li> <li>Experience with resource planning/estimation</li> <li>BSc degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Business Administration or relevant field</li> <li>Hands-on experience with MS Office, Photoshop, and content management platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful) is a plus</li> <li>Working knowledge of Issue tracking tools (ie: Jira) a plus</li> <li>Working knowledge of Corporate wiki tools (ie: Confluence) a plus</li> <li>Working knowledge of WCAG AA Accessibility standards a plus</li> <li>Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics</li> <li>Technical knowledge and an understanding of software development practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></p> <ul> <li data-leveltext="●" data-font="Poppins" data-listid="3" data-list-defn-props="{"335
