Billing & usage

Praxy Jobs uses predictable monthly subscriptions. Each plan includes a returned-job allowance and never adds surprise overage charges.

How usage is counted#

One unit is one job record returned by a quota-consuming production endpoint. A request returning 25 jobs consumes 25 units. Dashboard reads, failed requests, health checks, and the public ten-job preview do not consume your allowance.

Billing periods#

Your allowance resets at the start of each Dodo billing period. The dashboard shows jobs returned, request and error counts, daily usage, renewal date, and recent endpoint activity in UTC.

Manage your subscription#

Use Manage billing in the dashboard to open a short-lived Dodo customer portal. You can update payment details or cancel there; Praxy never handles card data.

When you reach your allowance#

A request that would cross the monthly limit is blocked before records are returned. Upgrade from the dashboard or wait for renewal. Praxy does not return a partial page or charge an automatic overage.
